Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging to help us process your request quickly.

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation
